Digital Products
(Guidebook, Notes, Workbook, Creator’s Course)
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
Once access is granted, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This ensures the integrity of digital content while allowing us to keep prices fair for everyone.
Video Lab – Group Coaching Programs
Seat allocation is limited and booked in advance.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds once a batch is purchased.
However, we offer flexible alternatives:
✔ You may shift to a future batch
✔ or transfer your seat to someone else (one time)
Emergency Exception
We understand life can be unpredictable.
If you face:
- a health emergency, or
- a serious personal situation
that prevents participation,
A refund may be considered if:
- You inform us at least 48 hours before the first session
- You provide a reasonable explanation (evidence may be requested)
Refund Processing: 30–45 business days
Creative 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Once booked, refunds are not permitted.
But we support flexibility:
✔ You may reschedule once, free of charge
✔ Valid emergencies receive the same accommodation as Video Lab participants
Emergency Exception
Refunds may be issued if:
- You cancel 48+ hours before the scheduled session
- Valid, genuine reasons are provided
Refund Processing: 30–45 business days
Duplicate Payments / Billing Errors
If a payment has failed but been charged or is accidentally duplicated,
we will gladly issue a full refund.
Processing: 7–10 business days

we may request supporting evidence before approving an emergency refund request.
