2. Online course access (via Teachable or equivalent platform)
3. Live online sessions (Zoom)
4. Online group programs (Video Lab)
5. Consultation sessions (online)

Delivery timelines

1. Digital downloads are delivered immediately after successful payment via email and/or the customer dashboard.
2. Online course access is granted immediately after successful payment, unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.
3. Live sessions and group programs are delivered on the scheduled dates shared during registration.
4. Consultation sessions are scheduled after payment based on available slots.

No shipping charges
Since no physical goods are shipped, there are no shipping fees.

Service availability
All services are currently delivered online. There is no physical delivery or courier shipment involved.
